An hour long 2 hander in 2 acts, set in a flat in Southend which is being rented out for the first time by the tenants, "Badge" and Vince.

Being arty hippie types, they are ill equipped to provide the standards expected by the guests Annie and Neil, who having driven from Buxton to attend a funeral, were hoping for something a bit more in their class. Despite the many shortcomings, they manage to weather it and the quirky abode even brings out a playful side in their relationship.

Both sets of characters are played by Dave & Fiona Dulake.
